Shipping

• Firearms are shipped to an FFL dealer only.
• We will ship upon receipt of full payment and the dealer’s FFL.
• Orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, FedEx Ground or UPS at our discretion.
• Shipments to California, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico may be subject to a shipping surcharge. If this applies to you, please contact Seller before purchase to get a shipping quote.
• Florida residents are welcome to pick up firearms, and everyone can pick up accessories in the store, during normal business hours, with proper Photo ID and subject to required background check and any applicable waiting period.

Compliance with Local Laws

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the weapon or product is legal to own in your city/state. If your order cannot be completed due to conflict with your local or state laws, the order will be canceled, and you will be responsible for all cancellation fees.

Return Policy for Purchases Transferred through an FFL

• Please inspect the firearm at your FFL’s location before completing the transfer. All sales are final once the buyer has taken possession of the firearm. Returns will not be accepted.
• If you are unable to complete the transfer for any reason, there will be a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Warranty on Firearms

Used firearms, unless stated otherwise, are believed to be functional however, they may not have been test-fired or reviewed by a gunsmith. The purchaser assumes all risks and should have a gunsmith evaluate the firearm before operating. Used firearms are sold AS-IS and without warranty.

All new firearms are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website for details.
