Florida Pawn & Gun FFL Transfers

When you buy a gun online or from a dealer outside of the area, federal law requires it to be shipped to a licensed dealer—that’s where we come in. Here’s a simple rundown of how FFL firearm transfers work with us:

1. Purchase your firearm and have it shipped to our shop.
2. Once it arrives, visit us to complete the necessary paperwork and undergo the required background check.
3. Upon approval, you pick up your firearm, and you’re good to go.

We charge a flat fee of $50, which covers both the transfer and background check—no hidden costs. Additional firearms on the same transfer are $40 each.

Transfer Policy

• All transfers must come from a licensed FFL dealer.
• We do not accept transfers from private parties.
• To request a copy of our FFL, please email [email protected].
• When transferring firearms to Florida Pawn & Gun, please include:
  • A copy of your FFL license.
  • An invoice with the following details:
    • Customer information (name, phone number, order #)
    • Firearm details (make, model, serial number, and purchase date)
