FFL Firearm Transfers

Transfer Policy

· All transfers must be from a licensed FFL dealer

· No transfers will be accepted from a private party

· When transferring firearms to Florida Pawn & Gun, please include a copy of your FFL and invoice

· Invoice should include customer information (name, phone number, order #) and firearm information (make, model, serial number and purchase date)

Fees

· $35 transfer fee for each firearm ($47.28 total including tax and background check)
